Mission

Our country church is small but we are very active in supporting mission projects locally and around the world. Each year we have numerous fundraisers to support our mission projects including dinners, candy and bake sales, spring bazaars, calendar parties, etc. The main purpose though is to raise money and awareness of people in need.


The 2009 Mission Projects supported are:

One Great Hour of Sharing
Church World Service Blanket Fund and Tools of Hope
Peacemaking Offering
Heifer Fund
Pine Springs Camp
Salvation Army
Local families and children
Dawson Volunteer Fire Company
Connellsville Area Community Ministries
Tri-Town Food Bank
City Mission-Living Stones, Inc.

Mission Projects supported so far in 2010 are:

First Fruits: $1000.00
Tri-Town Food Bank (Souper Bowl of Caring): $185.00
Haiti Relief Fund: $911.20
One Great Hour of Sharing
